What is Tevio Local AI?
Tevio Local AI is Tevio's Google Business Profile solution, part of the Tevio AI Assistant. It collects reviews at your counter with an NFC and QR standee, drafts a reply to each review in your tone for you to approve, and keeps your profile updated.
Are review replies published automatically?
No. Local AI drafts the reply. You read it, edit it if you want, and approve it. Nothing goes out without you.
Does the customer need an app to use the standee?
No. A tap or a scan opens your Google review page on the phone they already have. There is nothing to download and nothing to sign up for.
Which phones does the tap work on?
Most recent iPhones and Android phones with NFC switched on. For every other phone, the QR code on the same standee does the same job with the camera.
Can it send only happy customers to Google?
No. Every customer gets the same link. Google does not allow asking only satisfied customers for reviews, and we do not build that.
What if our Google listing or address changes?
We update the link behind the standee. The same standee keeps working, with no reprint.
